Schedule

The event will be held at the Q-Center (MBH 202) and will start on April 18th. Notable times are provided below.

Saturday 04/18

  • Opening ceremony: 10:00 am - 10:30 am. Snacks will be provided during the opening ceremony.

  • Work hours: 10:30 am - late. Groups are encouraged to stay in Bi Hall and work on their projects.

Sunday 04/19

  • Work hours: 8:00 am - 11:45 am. Groups are encouraged to stay in Bi Hall and work on their projects.

  • Presentations: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm. Groups will be given 5 minutes to present their findings to a panel of judges. Locations TBD.

  • Closing ceremony: 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm. Closing thoughts and awards.

Food schedule

Snacks will be provided throughout the day on Saturday according to the following schedule:

  • 10:00 am - Assorted snacks, including Cookie Love cookies, vegetable platters, and more
  • 2:30 pm - Assorted sushi from Hero Sushi
  • 7:00 pm - Cake and more assorted snacks
